AMENDED Saipan Zoning Law of 2013
The Amended Saipan Zoning Law of 2013 was adopted by the Saipan and Northern Islands Legislative Delegation on May 12, 2020 and passed by the Honorable Ralph DLG. Torres on June 17th, 2020. Please browse through the following sections of the law for the requirements of your project or for any questions you may have:
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The passage of two Saipan Local Laws have made additional amendments to the Law: SLL 18-5 (Adult Gambling Machine Business Zoning Law of 2013) and SLL18-6 ( To remove the Adult Business Overlay Zoning District). Articles in the Law which are affected by these changes are: Articles 4, 6, 12, 1, and 5.

This 2013 Saipan Zoning Map was adopted by the 18th Saipan and Northern Islands Legislative Delegation on May 31, 2013 and approved by Honorable Governor Eloy S. Inos on July 15, 2013. If there should be any inconsistency between this map and official action amending this map, the text of the official action shall control. This map is for planning and zoning purposes only.
