Commercial Development:To Occupy an Existing Structure
NOTE: Before completing this application, please call our office at 234-9661 and provide the property lot number or location to verify if your proposed use is allowable in the zoning district.
Please select the application which relates to your proposal type. Print, complete, and submit the application that relates to your use/ project:
- Zoning Permit : if you are relocating your business or starting a new business in an existing commercial structure within a zoning district that permits your use/project.
- Conditional Permit : if your project is a "Conditional Use" within the zoning district (call the Zoning office at 234-9661 to verify). You are required to submit a site development plan.
- To verify if your porposal is a Permitted Use or Conditional Use, a letter "P" or "C" will be shown in the box of the use and zoning district.
