This use is permitted in the area as a conditional use. The site is located on Lot No. 004 D 79 in the village of Garapan. This area is zoned as Mixed Commercial.
- 2) Conditional Use Application #2022-0009 – New Plus Trading Corp. is proposing to utilize an existing structure measuring 100’ (L) x 50’(W) for its “Warehousing and General Wholesaling” Use.
